Welcome to the activities section! We are currently re-writing the activities, described below, in javascript. They will help you learn many Spanish words in a short time.

• Comprehensive Quiz This flexible quiz will let you choose a mix of various types of question.

• Crosswords There will be a number of crosswords available. The clues will be English words and the answers will be Spanish words, or the other way round.

• El or La Quiz A series of questions will let you practice using the correct article ("el", "la", "los" or "las") with the common nouns (naming words) that you are learning.

• Flash Cards Each prompt of this exercise will show you an English word and let you reveal and hide the corresponding Spanish word, testing your memory each time.

• Multiple Choice Quiz In this quiz, each question will show you an English word and give you four choices for the possible Spanish translation, only one of which is correct.

• Scrambled Word Quiz In each question you will be shown an English word and a scrambled Spanish word. You have to try to spell the correct (unscrambled) Spanish word.

• Spelling Quiz In this quiz, each question will show you an English word and let you listen to the corresponding Spanish word as many times as you want. You then have to spell the Spanish word.

• True or False Quiz In each question you will be asked whether a specified Spanish word is a correct translation of a specified English word. You answer either true or false.
